From the riveted aluminum shell built with time honoured techniques, to the seamless waterproof composite flooring and the handmade furniture and cabinetry Trade Wind is versatile, powerful, and designed for today’s modern travel adventures.
Largest battery bank & inverter of any Airstream!
The Trade Wind is a powerful Airstream travel trailer equipped with three integrated 270Ah heated Lithium Battle Born batteries, providing an impressive 810Ah battery bank. It also features a 3000W inverter that can handle running the microwave and air conditioner simultaneously without shore power.
600 watts of roof-mounted solar panels doubles the energy harvesting capacity of most other models. The interior monitor is powered by Victron and is app compatible, providing increased visibility for power management.
A factory-installed 3-inch suspension lift kit provides additional ground clearance, while rugged Goodyear® Wrangler Workhorse® tires provide extra traction for tackling challenging terrain.
The optional rear hatch allows you to easily load any camping gear you may want to bring along. The optional ZipDee® Rear and Roadside Awnings provide cooling shade and added privacy, and the rear-view camera comes mounted and ready to help you safely back up.
Inside the Trade Wind
Designed to provide a comfortable and stylish home away from home, the kitchen is a standout feature, boasting a range of high-quality appliances and amenities. The three-burner stove is perfect for cooking up a storm, while the electric freezer/fridge combo ensures that all your food and drinks stay fresh and cool.
The large stainless steel sink is great for washing up, and the optional convection microwave with an air fryer option is a handy addition for those who love to cook on the go. The front dinette is surrounded by panoramic views and easily converts to additional sleeping space at night.
Bring along your own streaming or HDMI device and play your favorite movies on two Smart TVs with Bluetooth® connectivity that syncs to the JL Audio® Stereo for surround sound experience.
The half bath features a toilet and vanity with ample counter space and storage, making it easy to keep your essentials organized. Across the hall, you’ll find an independent stand-up shower, which provides a private and comfortable space to freshen up after a long day of travel.
At the end of the day Trade Wind owners can retire to a comfortable queen size bed that fits perfectly with the contour of the travel trailer. The front bedroom is the perfect spot to sit back and read a book, watch TV, or get caught up on sleep. Opt for the twin beds to open up the center aisle for more space and longer mattresses.
