Nature Spray Paint Art

This craft is the perfect way to entertain children during a camping trip! Kids will love hunting for leaves and foliage to create their colorful masterpiece!

Directions

This DIY project is definitely an outdoor activity! Watercolor can stain, so you should use a drop sheet or sacrificial tablecloth underneath your workspace. Plastic gloves to keep your hands clean are optional. Since we are using spray paint, do not do this craft on a windy day.

Send the kids off on a hunt to find leaves and other nature items they want to use in their painting. If they are curled, flatten them between a large book or underneath a weight.

Next, design your nature canvas by laying leaves and foliage on the paper. Use the spray paint to paint over the paper, and once you are happy with your results carefully remove the greenery to admire the finished product!
