Garlic Chipotle Sauce
- Olive oil
- Chipotle spice
Slice the garlic head in half, drizzle with olive oil and wrap in a large piece of foil. Place into the oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/8 teaspoon of chipotle powder, and a dash of salt and pepper. Squeeze the roasted garlic into the mixture and use an immersion blender to combine.
Chop the watermelon, cucumber, and onion. Mix together and drizzle with lime juice.
Top with feta cheese, mint, basil and balsamic reduction!
- Cajun spice
- Chicken breast
- Cheddar cheese
- Iceberg lettuce
- Brioche buns
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Pickle (for garnish)
- Season the chicken breast with the Cajun seasoning, and oil your griddle. Cook chicken for a few minutes on each side, until fully cooked through.
- Cook the bacon
- Place the chicken breast, bacon, and a slice of cheese onto a bun, and slide it into a warm oven to melt the cheese!
- Add tomato, lettuce, and the chipotle sauce to the slider. Top with a pickle, and use a toothpick to hold everything together.
