Horseradish Aioli

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons horseradish (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Ingredients
- Smokie sausages
- Smokie buns
- Butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- Bacon
- Banana Peppers
- Gruyère and Havarti cheese
Spicy Smokies

Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan and toss in the sliced onions. Cook until fragrant.
- Chop the bacon and add it to the pan with the onions to cook.
- While the bacon and onions cook, grate the cheese.
- Add some pieces of soft butter into the pan with the onions and bacon.
- In a different pan, or on the grill, add the sausages and cook until they are browned on all sides.
- Squirt your homemade Horseradish Aioli into the bun, and then add the cooked sausage.
- Top with the caramelized onions, bacon, banana peppers, and more Horseradish Aioli.
- Add shredded cheese and melt using the oven or a handheld torch.
- Top with parsley for garnish, pair with your favorite potato chips, and enjoy!
