Happy Valentines Day!

Whether you are celebrating Valentines day inside or outside of your RV, we have compiled a list of our favorite recipes and date night ideas to help you make your Valentines day special and meaningful!


To put everyone in the Valentines mood, decorations are necessary. Avoid using candles inside your RV, but LED candles are a safe alternative! Flower petals and heart shaped streamers, as well as some mood lighting will all add to the ambiance.


No event is complete without some tasty food! Try creating any of the recipes below.

Valentines Dessert Charcuterie Board

To create a stunning valentines dessert board, select about 8-12 different treats to add to it. We have included some of our own suggestions below!

  • Valentines colored M&M’s
  • Mini Powdered Donuts
  • Strawberry Wafers
  • Swedish Berry Candy
  • Fuzzy Peach Candy
  • Twizzlers red licorice
  • Valentines Hershey kisses
  • Conversation Hearts
  • Frosted sugar cookies
  • Red and pink Jelly Beans
  • Oreos
  • Gummy Bears
  • Chocolate
  • Pretzels
  • Marshmallows

Strawberry and Snickers Sticks


  • Small Strawberries
  • Fun sized snickers, cut in half
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Sea Salt
  • Bamboo skewers

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

Thread the Strawberries onto bamboo skewers, alternating with snickers pieces. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!

Pepperoni Pizza Dip


  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Kosher salt
  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza or marinara sauce
  • 2 oz mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 baguette, sliced

Heat oven to 400F and mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt together. Fold in 1 cup mozzarella and all but 2 tablespoons of Parmesan.

Transfer mixture to a shallow broiler safe baking dish. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni, then bake until bubbling and cheese has begun to brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with baguette slices.

Pink Punch


  • 295ml of pink lemonade frozen concentrate
  • 250ml of strawberry daquiri frozen concentrate
  • 1 cup of White Rum (Optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups ice cubes


Blend pink lemonade, frozen daiquiri concentrates, water, ice, and if desired, white rum together in a blender.

Garnish with raspberries or sliced strawberries before serving!

Pink Hot Chocolate


  • 6 oz strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Red food coloring


Heat milk over low heat in a saucepan. Add sugar and strawberries into a blender and pulse on low to combine. Whisk this strawberry mixture into the warm milk until blended then continue heating.

Add white chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add a few drops of red food coloring for a brighter pink color. Pour, garnish, and enjoy!

Raspberry and Chocolate Valentine Cocktail


  • 12 oz raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon raspberry liqueur
  • 3 oz half and half
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz raspberry syrup
  • 1 oz white chocolate liqueur


Combine the raspberries with sugar inside a medium saucepan. Simmer until the berries break down and the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, strain, then refrigerate until cool. Add raspberry liqueur and stir to combine. Your Raspberry Syrup is complete!

Chill the glasses in the freezer, then rub the edges in white chocolate liqueur before dipping into either pink, red, or white crystals. Combine half and half, white chocolate liqueur, vodka and raspberry syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake until cold, then pour, garnish, and serve!

Cupids Float


  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Strawberry Soda
  • Whipped Cream


Place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a glass. Slowly add strawberry soda on top, then add whipped cream and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
